1. Lavender Gin & Tonic
2 oz Hendricks Gin
½ oz Kina Tonic
1/2 oz Chartreuse
Squeeze of lime
Lavender Dry Soda
Add gin, tonic, Chartreuse, and lime.
Shake and strain over ice.
Top with lavender dry soda.
Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs.

2. Spicy Hibiscus Martini
2 oz Habanero infused Tito’s Vodka
3/4 oz Hibiscus simple syrup
3/4 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lillet
Squeeze of lemon
Habanero Vodka:
Slice up two habanero peppers and put into a 750ml bottle of vodka. Let sit for 48 hours.
Hibiscus Simple Syrup:
Boil water and add equal parts sugar.
Add hibiscus tea bag to syrup while hot.
Let steep for 30 minutes and chill in the fridge.
Add all ingredients and shake and strain
into a chilled martini glass with a sugar rim.
Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve “up.”

3. Blackberry Mint Bourbon Smash
2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
1/2 oz simple syrup
Squeeze of lemon
Fresh muddled mint & blackberries
Muddle a few blackberries and mint leaves in ½ oz of simple syrup.
Add bourbon and lemon.
Shake and strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with blackberries and mint leaf.

4. Pineapple Basil Margarita
2 oz Cazadores Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Squeeze a full lime
Fresh muddled pineapple and basil
Muddle pineapple and basil in ½ oz simple syrup.
Add tequila, Cointreau, and lime.
Shake and strain over ice into a tall glass with a salted rim.
Garnish with a lime wheel and basil leaves.
