Vegi Lynn Hoyt is a passionate, self-taught baker, creative entrepreneur, and founder of In Your Mouth LLC, based in Grants Pass, Oregon. With a love for baking that began in childhood, Vegi has spent decades developing recipes that go beyond flavor and presentation. Her philosophy is simple: “Low sugar, high expectations.” From her signature peanut butter cookies to her innovative crème brûlée bites, she believes every ingredient should be intentional and every creation should leave an emotional memory. For Vegi, baking isn’t simply a profession; it’s her love language, her creative outlet, and one of the few places where the outside world grows quiet.

As a disabled entrepreneur, mother, and advocate, Vegi’s journey has been anything but ordinary. Her late son, Jace, was instrumental in helping her find the courage to launch her business, even helping choose its unforgettable name. Today, she continues honoring his legacy through her pursuit of Justice for Jace while expanding her creative opportunities with Stoner Magazine, including filming her first cooking show and exploring the world of premium infused edibles. Her long-term vision includes mentoring young people from foster care, sharing practical life skills, and creating opportunities for others to discover their own potential.
