LaceFace Glass

“The medium of glass is my doctrine, teaching me the ways of patience, discipline, and determination. Daily, I praise the fluid-like forms; while dancing with the flames, willing them to speak, and to show me the light.” — Lacey St. George

Lacey St. George discovered her glassblowing art medium and pipe-making at a young age. Born in Grants Pass, Oregon, this dedicated and talented artist began working with a torch in 2004. Her love for the color, fluidity, and form of glass, led her to concentrate for the next several years on this skill.

Attending several trade shows and “flame off” competitions located around the country, Lacey (aka LaceFace) began accumulating a myriad of the industry’s highest honors and awards. As her skills were being perfected, Lacey’s artwork grew increasingly innovative and intricate. Wishing to further evolve her artistry, Lacey found that working with friends and peers pushed her outside of her comfort zone. Today, Lacey collaborates with many of the industry’s most distinguished artists.

As a woman leader at the forefront of the glass art industry, she is dominating this field. Her masterpieces are truly extraordinary: each piece displays inspiring beauty and power.
