7 Points Oregon
Award Winning Clean Green Certified Flower
Most Oregonians are weed connoisseurs simply because we grew up in Oregon; the state where our “bad” outdoors looks like other states’ good indoor. It’s something to be proud of. We have access to amazing microclimates and old timers who have passed down some incredible secrets of the plant that have kept Oregon cultivators on another level. I keep a few jars of my favorite flower in a separate cabinet in my kitchen for my daily smoke. I have a few strains that work for me as an OMMP patient, but I love the experience of going to different dispensaries and looking at what our local farms have to offer. I frequent Oregon’s Finest down the street from my house in Portland, I always end up taking home a few joints of Albert Walker, and a gram or two of Moon Puppies. Moon Puppies (Lemon + Skunk Chemdawg) has become one of my top five favorite strains this year. The cross has a lemon pine smell and taste with a clean euphoric effect.
Moon Puppies is a staple for 7 Points Oregon being that it has such a recognizable look, taste, and smell. 7 Points masterfully brings life to a plethora of special strains that are bred, grown, and cured to perfection in their Portland facility.
I arrived at the facility late in the day, meeting the whole crew who were hard at work. Everyone from the trim crew to the grow master are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. A positive work environment breeds happy products. All of these luscious plants in the pictures above are in week six and a half, and growing like mad. On a side note, I always pay attention to what music growers play for their plants. These guys had Jazz Radio benevolently playing through the speakers. All the jazz cabbage swaying back in forth to the rhythm of the fans had me mesmerized. All of 7 Points Cannabis is Clean Green Certified, which requires a lot of hard work to make sure everything you use for your plants is truly organic. These guys have won various industry awards for their incredible accomplishments in breeding and growing some of the state’s best flower.
You can find 7 Points Oregon’s flower at various locations across the state, and if your dispensary doesn’t have it, request it, or go online and find a store near you that does.
